In Nicaragua (Central America), Kalala is the name for the Passion Fruit or Maracuya's plant, and also its flowers and fruit...

Here, we show a sample of the beauty of the amazing flowers of this tropical vine...

And, by the way, in our Kalala Lodge we prepair a frozen drink based on kalala fruit juice... and tequila or rum !!!

( July 2009 was the First Harvest for the kalala´s vines growing in our garden... )
